**Conference room**  
Conference rooms are available to rent by the hour for your next meeting. Please ask the community manager for rates and availability.

**Coffee & tea**  
Unlimited coffee and assorted tea. You're welcome to grab a cup in the kitchen and make yourself a cup of coffee.

**Kitchen & microwave**  
You may store your food in the refrigerator but don't forget your food when leaving!

**Phone booth**  
Need to take a quick call? Jump into the phone booth available on a first come first serve basis. Please respect your neighbors and keep the duration under 30 minutes.

**Parking**  
Parking is available in a nearby lot, or on the street.

**Monitors**  
Double your laptop screen with an extra monitor. Several monitors are available on a first come first serve basis.

**Printing**  
Printing is available in black and white. Please ask the community manager for setup instructions and rates.

**24/7 access**  
Work here on nights and weekends. No sleeping is permitted, but work all night if you wish!
